Florida Police Post Classified Ads on Craigslist & Backpage sites for Prostitution Sting

On March 26, 2010 the Kissimmee police department ran a prostitution sting using Craigslist and Backpage websites.

    KISSIMMEE, FL, March 31, 2010 /Bloggin and Social Media PR News/ -- On March 26, 2010 the Kissimmee police department ran a prostitution sting using Craigslist and Backpage websites to post ads that men responded to. Most of the suspects arrested were responding to ads and allegedly negotiated acts of prostitution. Once the suspects arrived at the designated meeting point which was a town house in Osceola County, they were arrested by Kissimmee police. Some of the individuals were arrested for solicitation, prostitution and entering a dwelling for the purpose of prostitution. Most of the men and women involved were arrested and taken to the Osceola County Jail and booked into jail. More arrests are pending.
