Introducing VideoClips: Apartment Community Videos from 4 Walls

With VideoClips, now all property managers can afford a community video to attract rental prospects. This low cost service includes a YouTube post which offers social media marketing benefits.

Property managers simply add the link to their websites or emails to prospects. The one-time set-up fee is $75 for 4 Walls customers or $150 for any community. 4 Walls will also link to customer videos from their listings for $10 a month.
